Meet the medprevent team

Dominik Chrzan MD
Dr. Dominik Chrzan earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Gwynedd Mercy University and studied marine ecology in Australia at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. After deciding to pursue a career in medicine, he attended the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree after completing training in New York and Texas.
He completed his family medicine residency in 2013 at the Wayne State University-affiliated Pontiac General Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, and became chief resident during his third year of training. He is board-certified in family medicine and is pursuing training and certification in lipidology through the American Society of Preventive Cardiology.
In 2013 Dr. Chrzan moved to South Florida to pursue a career in primary care medicine and in 2015 started mymedprevent to focus on personalized primary care and preventive medicine.

Alla was born and raised in Russia. After graduating with a nursing degree from Broward college, she began her career at Broward General Medical Center where she worked as an RN in various specialties such as neuro-trauma and medical-surgical ICU.
She continued her education at Florida Atlantic University and completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2017 and is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been working at Medprevent since 2018. Her special interests include functional medicine and neurodiverse patient population.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring new places, going on road trips, and camping.

George Aranda was born in New Jersey and raised in Kissimmee, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1999, earning a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. From 2001 to 2004, George practiced as a Palm Beach County Health Department Nutritional Educator.
In 2006, he graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a B.S./M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies/Medical Sciences. Since then, George has been serving SouthEastern Florida as an Internal/Family Medicine Physician Assistant.
Pat Frank’s novel “Alas, Babylon,” a required high school reading, inspired George to pursue a career in medicine. During his down-time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs on vacations or drives, catching up on sleep, and playing video games.

Marina has been part of the medprevent family since 2019. She has a history of working in
urgent care and primary care before starting with us.
She finished her bachelor of science at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She moved to Florida in 2010 to pursue her Masters degree in Physican Assistant Studies. After completing her 2 year program she graduated in December 2011 from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Marina works as adjunct faculty for South University and Nova Southeastern University training students in the office. She has a passion for helping students pursue their dreams as well. When Marina is not working she loves to spend time with her husband and two boys. They frequently take trips to all the theme parks Florida has to offer.
