Dominik Chrzan MD

Dr. Dominik Chrzan brings a unique blend of scientific curiosity and clinical excellence to preventive medicine. His journey began with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Gwynedd Mercy University, followed by specialized marine ecology studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia—experiences that shaped his deep understanding of complex biological systems.

Driven by a passion for healing, Dr. Chrzan earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, completing clinical rotations across New York and Texas. He distinguished himself during his family medicine residency at Wayne State University-affiliated Pontiac General Hospital, where his leadership abilities earned him the role of chief resident in his final year.

Board-certified in family medicine since 2013, Dr. Chrzan continues advancing his expertise through specialized training in lipidology with the American Society of Preventive Cardiology. In 2015, he founded medprevent in South Florida, creating a practice dedicated to personalized primary care and cutting-edge preventive medicine—helping patients not just treat illness, but optimize their health for life.

George Aranda PA - C

George Aranda brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience to his role as a Physician Assistant specializing in Internal and Family Medicine. A Florida native raised in Kissimmee, George earned his B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida in 1999, laying the foundation for his comprehensive approach to patient wellness.

His commitment to community health began early in his career as a Nutritional Educator with the Palm Beach County Health Department from 2001 to 2004, where he developed his passion for preventive care and patient education. This experience led him to pursue advanced clinical training at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated in 2006 with dual degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Medical Sciences.

For nearly two decades, George has dedicated himself to serving patients throughout Southeastern Florida, combining his nutritional expertise with comprehensive primary care. His journey into medicine was sparked by an unexpected source—Pat Frank’s novel “Alas, Babylon,” which he encountered as required high school reading and which ignited his interest in healthcare and human resilience.

When not caring for patients, George treasures time with his family and their dogs, whether exploring new destinations or enjoying quiet moments at home with his favorite video games.

Marina Molitor PA - C

Marina has been a valued member of the medprevent family since 2019, bringing extensive experience from both urgent care and primary care settings. Her comprehensive background in diverse healthcare environments enhances her ability to provide exceptional patient care across a wide spectrum of medical needs.

A Michigan native, Marina earned her Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo before relocating to Florida in 2010 to pursue her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She graduated from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale in December 2011, launching a distinguished career in healthcare.

Beyond patient care, Marina is passionate about education and mentorship, serving as adjunct faculty for both South University and Nova Southeastern University, where she trains the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her commitment to advancing the profession extends to her leadership role as the South Palm Beach area representative for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), where she maintains active membership alongside the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). When not caring for patients or mentoring students, Marina enjoys exploring Florida’s theme parks with her husband and two boys, making the most of the state’s family-friendly attractions and creating lasting memories together.

Bianca Santana APRN

Bianca Santana, APRN, brings a unique blend of multicultural perspective and clinical excellence to medprevent. Born in Romania and immigrating to the U.S. at age 10, her personal journey ignited a passion for helping others navigate their healthcare needs with understanding and compassion.

Bianca earned her RN and BSN from Palm Beach State College before advancing to become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Nova Southeastern University. With over a decade of expertise spanning internal medicine, oncology, and plastic surgery, she delivers comprehensive care informed by diverse clinical experience.

Her multicultural background enables Bianca to connect authentically with patients from all walks of life, providing personalized care that honors each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. Since joining our team in 2023, she has become an integral part of our commitment to exceptional healthcare.

When not caring for patients, Bianca enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and quality time with family and friends.
